Damaged or Broken Items

We carefully pack all products to prevent damage during transport. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it.

Broken items will be replaced at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:
  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Once the damage is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us first.

When returning an item:
