OrchidCork offers handmade terracotta pots and botanical garments.
3. Prices
- Prices are shown in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
4. Orders
- After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- The purchase contract is completed once payment is confirmed.
- We may cancel an order in case of obvious pricing errors or inventory issues. If this happens, you will be refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. OrchidCork does not store your full payment details on its servers.
6. Shipping
We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Americas. Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carriers, weather, or customs procedures.
7. Returns & right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.
- Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Print-on-Demand garments (Printful)
Some garments are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production begins after the order is placed.
What this means
- Processing and production times may vary.
- Slight variations in color or print positioning may occur.
- Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Returns & exchanges for Print-on-Demand items
If your Print-on-Demand item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will review the case and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Damaged items (all products)
If any product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website (illustrations, designs, texts, photos, and logos) is owned by OrchidCork or used with permission. Reproduction or reuse without authorization is not allowed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OrchidCork is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from the use of this website or from delays caused by third parties. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence may also apply.
